At Copag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
